Bulk Actions

To perform bulk actions, follow the steps below.

1. Select the users by clicking on their respective checkboxes.
2. Click on the Bulk Actions dropdown.

   

3. Select the Suspend and follow the steps to suspend and unsuspend users in the Actions section.
4. Select the Change User Role and perform the following on the Change User Role screen.
   1. Select a role from the Main Role* dropdown.
   2. Select either Company Admin or Department Manager as an Additional Role.
   3. Click on the Apply button.

      

5. Click on Reset Password and follow the steps listed in the Actions section.
