Catalog Management

GlobalLearn assigns training specific to their defined training groups.

The Catalog Management feature provides a centralized way to organize and present courses for different audiences. Within this section, users can create course catalogs, group courses together, and manage their visibility. Catalogs can be easily added, edited, or deleted, ensuring flexibility in maintaining up-to-date learning content.

In addition to course organization, the Catalog Management screen allows users to associate each catalog with the relevant Training Groups, making it easier to deliver targeted training experiences to the right learners.
