User Management

The following sections outline different user roles and the privileges associated with them.

Manage user roles and profiles within GlobalLearn to control access and responsibilities.

• User Roles: Defines permissions for different users such as Learner, Instructor, Manager, QA, and Company Administrator. Each role has specific access and management rights.

• Profile: Allows users to view and edit their personal information using two methods:

  • Via the User Name dropdown menu.

  • Via the User Profile dropdown menu.
