The Manage Learners Status option allows users to update the status for multiple courses in bulk.

To manage the learner status, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on Manage Learner status from the More Options dropdown.
  2. On the Manage Learner Status screen, click on the course name and add or remove the required number of learners.

  3. Additionally, fill in the information for the following fields
    1. Changed Status*
    2. Completed Date*
    3. Reason For Changes*
    4. Select any one eSginature option
      1. Override eSign and Mark the Course Complete
      2. Complete the learning activities but leave the course set to eSign Required.
    5. Signing Reason*
  4. Click on the Finish button once all the details are added.
