Email

Follow the steps below to send an email to the recipient(s):

  1. Click the Email button displayed in the top menu bar. This opens the Email pop-up window.

  2. Enter the details in the mandatory fields – Recipients, Subject.
  3. Click the Add button beside the Recipient(s), and the Choose Email Recipients pop-up window is displayed with the Users, Groups, and Contacts list.
  4. Double-click on the Users, Groups, and Contacts from the list. The selected users were added to the right pane (Selected members) of the Choose Email Recipients screen.
  5. Click the Save button.

  6. The selected recipients were added to the Recipients field in the Email pop-up window. Write the mail in the body text box provided below.
  7. Click the Send button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

  8. Click the appropriate option – Yes, Yes, And Publish to Investigative Sites, No displayed in the Save Conversation popup window.
