Added update Target API level for Android

Starting with Android 16, the edge-to-edge layout is enforced by default (previously optional in Android 15) This ensures that myTI’s interface aligns with modern Android design standards.

• The UI now spans the full display width and height for a more immersive experience.
• Visual overlap issues have been resolved for Android users.
• Version 2.3 includes UI updates and safeguards for compatibility with the new edge-to-edge standard.
