Invite Later

The new Invite Later option allows Company Administrators to create user profiles and pre-configure training assignments in a staging state with controlled invitation release, supporting systematic onboarding without granting premature system access. When Invite Later is selected, the system creates a local user profile only and displays a clear Pending Invite status indicator. All system-generated emails are suppressed until the invitation is released.

Company Administrators can release deferred invitations when users are ready to onboard. Upon release, users receive the registration email, and the user profile status is updated to Invited, providing clear visibility into the onboarding state.

Upon successful registration, all pre-configured course enrollments are activated immediately, triggering the associated notifications, and the user’s status is updated to Active.
