Bulk Users Upload

Company Administrators can onboard large user populations using Bulk Upload with Invite Later. This capability allows them to upload users in bulk without granting immediate access or triggering premature emails, eliminating premature logins and rollout confusion.

Key Highlights

• CSV templates are automatically generated based on each customer’s user profile schema, including both standard and custom fields.
• Bulk uploads support the Excel format.
• Required fields, email formats, roles, and company memberships are validated against the client schema.

  Supports up to three memberships per user, validated against company IDs for complex, multi-organization environments.

• Company Administrators can review parsed rows, per-row statuses, and inline validation messages before proceeding.

All imported users are created in a local Pending Invite state, with email notifications fully suppressed until invitations are released, eliminating rollout confusion and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Direct Assignment of Managers to Learners

Ensure accurate reporting relationships by directly assigning managers to users during individual user creation or through Bulk User Import. Manager relationships can be defined directly in the bulk import template or updated within the user record, establishing a clear managerial hierarchy from day one. These associations are clearly visible within User Management for easy verification, reducing administrative rework and strengthening data integrity for training oversight and reporting accuracy.
