SAML Login

SAML (System Assertion Markup Language) is a single sign-on process that allows users can authenticate once and access multiple applications using one set of login credentials.

SAML is a protocol that facilitates the secure exchange of authentication data between an Idp (an organization's login portal) and the service provider (SP).

To log in using SAML, follow the steps below.

1. Enter the Email* on the login page and click on the Next button.

   

2. Enter the Trail Interactive account password.

   

3. Select any one of the multi-factor authentication methods.

   

4. Select the Send me Push option and click on Approve on the DUO Mobile app.

   

5. Select the Call Me option and once the call is received, press any number on the mobile's dial pad to sign in successfully.
6. Enter the Passcode visible on the DUO mobile app to sign in successfully.
