Site User Identity Verification

To grant an access to the sites, users need a secured identity in eISF.

In order to prevent unauthorized users from requesting and gaining access to a site’s data, a secure PIN code can be optionally required as part of the process for granting access to a user to a site. Site administrators who are part of a ‘restricted site group’ can view the PIN code and make it a required part of any new user access request. Trial Interactive Service Desk personnel always verify the PIN code as part of granting access to the site.
