Create Multiple Queries

This enhancement introduces the ability for multiple queries to be raised during an investigation or other workflow steps, overcoming the previous limitation of a single workflow query. Admins, Record Owners, Stage Assignees, and Additional Participants can now create General Queries that are not tied to a specific workflow stage. Unresolved queries do not prevent stage completion but will trigger a confirmation modal before approval or completion, and no record can be closed while queries remain unresolved.
Users can access the +Add button to create new queries except when the record is in Draft, Cancelled, or Closed status. The recipient picker displays a clean, unpopulated list with no pre-selected groups, and all relevant participants receive clear notifications. Standard query actions, such as Respond, Back to Pending, Resolve, and Add Recipients, are fully supported.
Users see an available Add Query button (unless the record is Draft, Cancelled, or Closed), a clean recipient picker with no pre-filled groups, and clear notifications to all relevant participants.
