TI CMTS v3.1 adds the capability to route activity records, such as protocol deviations, through configurable workflows, enabling structured review and approval processes.

This enhancement promotes standardized oversight, strengthens accountability, and ensures that critical activities follow defined procedures with complete traceability.

Key capabilities include:

  • Workflow Routing: Activity records (e.g., protocol deviations) can be routed through predefined, configurable workflows.
  • Standardization: Ensures consistent and uniform handling of deviations and other activity records.
  • Traceability & Compliance: Records all workflow actions to support audit trails and regulatory readiness.
