In the latest update to Collaborate, several new features enhance document management and workflow efficiency.

Editable Enable Merge Fields

The "Use Placeholder fields in Document" option is now renamed “Enable Merge Fields”; it needs to be editable after adding the document. Users may forget to enable the toggle initially, which may lead to the deletion of the created placeholder and loss of the associated document history.

This field is used for QDMS and DMS rooms to automate the document header, but it will create a lot of work when users forget to enable the toggle.
